Blackhurst Cultural Centre (formerly ADBCC) Logo Project Submission Checklist

The submission process takes approximately 15-20 minutes. Please refer to the following checklist before your submission as this is not a saveable form. The form window will only stay active for 20 minutes of inactivity.

Please note: Submitting an incomplete entry will result in immediate disqualification.

You will need the following when preparing to submit your artwork for the project:

  • Your headshot (file no more than 8MB).
  • The logo artwork as a file (jpg, png, eps) (file size max 30MG. Max of 3 files).
  • In color.
  • black & white
  • favicon.
  • Name, e-mail, date of birth (age verification), phone number, and home address.
  • The design inspiration statement (150 words max).
  • Portfolio link.
  • Your background/profile (150 words max).

And finally, for submission, you will be required to acknowledge the following statements as all true:

I certify that:

  • I am 18 years of age or older
  • I am a Canadian citizen or Permanent resident
  • Not a resident of Quebec
  • Of Caribbean or African ancestry
  • This is an original design created wholly by me
  • I own the rights to this art and am transferring legal rights if I win to Blackhurst Cultural Centre
