Having an event?

Welcome to the Blackhurst Cultural Centre booking form. We’re excited you’d like to share the space for your collaborative needs. The space can hold a capacity of about 40 people. Food and beverages can be served, however, the arrangements are your responsibility. Please fill out the form so we can accommodate your requests. The fee is $125.00 per hour plus 13% tax and $40.00 clean up fee.

Once the date and time is confirmed, payment is required. E transfers can be made out to info@blackhurstcc.org.

What time will your event begin? (Please include set up time in your start time)

What time will your event end? (Please include clean up/tear down time in your answer)

What is the anticipated number of guests?

Will there be food and beverages served? Note: Food arrangements are your responsibility. Blackhurst does not have a commercial kitchen or cooking facilities (food must be prepared).

Will there be alcohol served? Note: If you want to serve alcohol of any kind, you need to go to the AGCO Website and obtain a Special Occasion Permit (SOP).
